Well, lets just see – Because of the use of Coal Fired Electricity Power plants in India and China.
Now – Lets see if I have this wrong, but the Models required to estimate tomorrows’ weather are huge, massively complex and have to take thousands of factors into consideration.
Now imagine that you are making a model to predict into the future… Much more complex, right?
And yet – This chap is suggesting that he FORGOT to scale up the usage of power in India and China????
